We are aware of an outage with our Text messaging provider, Txtwire, affecting one-way text messaging in WISE. Programs who are using two-way text messaging are not impacted. Our engineers are working with Txtwire to restore service (no resolution updates as of yet). In the meantime, email can be used as an alternative. We appreciate your patience.
