All BYU-Pathway Worldwide students should go to the BYU-Pathway Help Center (help.byupathway.edu) to request help or to report system issues. If students are unable to login to the BYU-Pathway Help Center, they should contact their Mentor who can submit a support request on their behalf. Students who do not have a Mentor should click on the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the BYU-Pathway Help Center page and connect with an Enrollment Counselor who can submit a support request on their behalf as well.
If a student's support ticket was improperly closed by a support agent, students should "reopen" their original ticket from the BYU-Pathway Help Center, rather than creating a new ticket for the same issue.
BYU-Pathway Worldwide does not currently offer phone support, but they plan on introducing the option later this year.
