Seminaries and Institutes of Religion (S&I) released a new online Help Center that will make it easier for the workforce, parents, leaders, and students to find and receive help. The S&I Help Center will play a key role in supporting teachers and enhancing the learning experience. You’re invited to explore the platform, connect with your peers, and benefit from the wealth of knowledge available.
The S&I Help Center is a new online platform that offers a single place for help and support resources, including a knowledge library and an online community.
Here are some of the benefits of the S&I Help Center:
24/7 self-service support. The S&I Help Center includes a collection of articles, guides, and frequently asked questions that provide useful information and solutions, so you can quickly access and locate the information you need whenever you want it and at your convenience.
Connect and share with others. The platform enables users to connect with each other through a new community forum, where you can share valuable content and experiences, receive emotional support, and offer feedback and suggestions, creating a safe and collaborative space for knowledge exchange and learning from one another.
Answers in one place. A streamlined support experience reduces the number of paths teachers need to take to find the help they need. The S&I Help Center has an intuitive design that allows teachers to quickly search for and access shared content. This means that you’ll no longer be required to search across the Church’s website, Facebook groups, Yammer, or the S&I intranet searching for answers to your questions.
To access the S&I Help Center:
- Navigate to https://si-help.ChurchofJesusChrist.org/.
- Log in with your ChurchofJesusChrist.org username and password.
- Use the search box to search across the knowledge base and shared community content.
Note: Community content will be minimal while it’s a new tool. It will grow and become a deep searchable repository of knowledge as you contribute and post questions, reply to others, and share your experiences.
