We are excited to introduce the new S&I Help Center, a comprehensive knowledge management system designed to support the Seminary & Institute (S&I) workforce of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. This new system offers two main self-service support options: a Knowledge Base and a Community Forum.
Why the S&I Help Center?
The S&I Help Center aims to make your job easier by providing quick access to answers and fostering a sense of community and belonging. Whether you are a Stake-Called teacher, a released-time Seminary Principal, an Area Director, an Administrative Assistant, or any other member of the S&I workforce, this platform is here to help you find the information you need and connect with others in the S&I workforce.

Knowledge Library
- Repository of Information: The Knowledge Library is your go-to resource for trainings, how-to guides, announcements, memos, release notes, application guides, and troubleshooting tips.
- Easy Navigation: Use the built-in search feature to quickly find the information you need.
- Secure and Relevant Information: An added layer of security ensures you receive timely updates and access to information specific to your S&I roles, programs, and country which protects sensitive data and keeps you informed.
- Escalation Process: Articles in the Knowledge Library are meant to be an easy resource to answer common questions and issues. If you are unable to find an answer to your question or issue, please contact the Global Service Department for further assistance where a ticket can be created and escalated if necessary.
Community Forum
- Engage and Connect: The Community Forum provides a secure and moderated platform for discussing all things S&I. Share experiences, inspiring stories, and find answers to your questions.
- Submit Ideas: Have a suggestion for improving S&I tools and applications? Submit your ideas and feature requests here.
- Adhere to the Community Code of Conduct: Engage respectfully and adhere to the community code of conduct to maintain a positive and supportive environment. Violations may result in temporary or permanent suspension or removal of access to the S&I Help Center.

- Single Sign-On: The S&I Help Center integrates with the Church’s secure authentication system. Simply sign in with your Church Account, the same login you use across all Church applications.
- How to Access: You can access the S&I Help Center at https://www.churchofjesuschrist.org/si/help using your Church Account login credentials.
