1. Log into myseminary.churchofjesuschrist.org and log in with your Church Account username and password.
2. You will see the seminary aged youth in your household on your screen.
3. Select the child you need to sign the agreement for.
4. Click Registration on the right side of their name.
5. Proceed to answer the questions and complete each section (Graduation Year, Location, and Guardian Contact will need to be done before you can get to the Participation Policy).
6. Read the linked Basic Agreement and mark the checkbox stating you accept.
7. Select Submit in the bottom corner.
