Young adults of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints are invited to grow closer to Jesus Christ by participating in the Worldwide Devotional for Young Adults. Elder Quentin L. Cook of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles will speak. The broadcast will be available on November 1, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. (MST) in the Americas and on November 8 in other areas. All young adults ages 18 to 35, including married young adults and high school seniors or the equivalent, are invited to participate.
Institute, seminary, and local Church leaders can use the resources below to support invitations and locally planned gatherings.
Plan a gathering
Encourage young adults and graduating high school seniors to participate together at locally planned gatherings. A thoughtful local experience can help participants feel welcomed, connected, and supported.
Support meaningful participation
- Integrate the Devotional into Your Gathering Plans. Including personal invitations for institute classes and invitations for graduating seminary seniors to attend with young adults at a specific location, date, and time (see Creating Your Gathering Plan).
- Designate a Responsible Leader at Each Location. To ensure the post-event survey is completed for both institute- and stake-sponsored gatherings (see Broadcast Post-Event Survey).
- Coordinate through Stake Communication Councils. Align invitations, timing, and messaging across institutes, seminaries, and stakes (see Communication Councils: A Guide for Priesthood Leaders).
- Use approved resources. Refer to the November guidebook for current communication guidance and resources.
