We know that some issues in mySeminary can impact your day‑to‑day work. This page is designed to provide transparency into what issues we’re aware of, which ones we’re actively addressing, and what’s been recently resolved.
Not every known issue is worked on at the same time. We prioritize issues based on impact on global users, frequency, and risk, while also balancing ongoing development of new and improved features and system stability. Even when an issue is not actively being worked, it remains visible and tracked.
Known issues are grouped by impact level, not by how recently they were reported:
🔴 High Impact – Actively Working
Issues that block or significantly slow critical tasks, affect many users, or pose data/reporting risk. These are actively being investigated, fixed, or tested.
- mySeminary shows the wrong administrator or admin assistant during registration
🟡 Medium Impact – Queued
Issues we are aware of and have validated but are not actively being worked at this moment. These are queued behind higher‑impact items and may be addressed in a future sprint or release.
