Known mySeminary & myInstitute Issues and Priorities

We know that some issues in mySeminary can impact your day-to-day work. This page provides transparency into the issues we are aware of, which issues are actively being addressed, and what has recently been resolved.

Not every known issue is worked on at the same time. We prioritize issues based on overall user impact, frequency, and risk while balancing ongoing development of new features and system stability. Even when an issue is not actively being worked on, it remains visible and tracked.

Issues are grouped by impact level, not by how recently they were reported.

🔴 High Impact – Actively Working

Issues that block or significantly slow critical tasks, affect many users, or pose data or reporting risks. These issues are actively being investigated, fixed, or tested.

There are currently no issues listed in this category.

🟡 Medium Impact – Queued

Issues we are aware of and have validated but are not actively being worked on at this time. These issues are queued behind higher-impact work and may be addressed in a future sprint or release.

  • Deceased students still appear.
  • Some myInstitute programs display "No Results for Online Institute Classes."
  • Registration email notification is missing student contact info and has inconsistent language.
  • Profile pictures added by students won't save.

🟢 Recently Resolved

The following issues have been fixed and released to mySeminary.

  • mySeminary showed the incorrect administrator or administrative assistant during registration.
  • Personal phone numbers displayed in Contact Info.
  • DTMU count discrepancy between mySeminary and WISE.
  • Student readings displayed incorrectly in LCR.
  • Classes and institute buildings not appearing in myInstitute.
