We know that some issues in WISE can impact your day‑to‑day work. This page is designed to provide transparency into what issues we’re aware of, which ones we’re actively addressing, and what’s been recently resolved.
Not every known issue is worked on at the same time. We prioritize issues based on impact on global users, frequency, and risk, while also balancing ongoing development of new and improved features and system stability. Even when an issue is not actively being worked, it remains visible and tracked.
Known issues are grouped by impact level, not by how recently they were reported:
🔴 High Impact – Actively Working
Issues that block or significantly slow critical tasks, affect many users, or pose data/reporting risk. These are actively being investigated, fixed, or tested.
- Classes cannot be closed due to teacher assignment errors
- The new 210R class is not fully set up in WISE
- Parent permissions from mySeminary are not being saved into WISE
🟡 Medium Impact – Queued
Issues we are aware of and have validated but are not actively being worked at this moment. These are queued behind higher‑impact items and may be addressed in a future sprint or release.
- Messages not being received by some students
- Message history lacks appropriate information
🟢 Recently Resolved
Issues that have been fixed and released to WISE.
- Credit tab has new formatting for better experience when marking assessments
- Marking unmarked assessments now supports both marking all as “No” and “Yes”. See how-to article in the S&I Help Center: Click here
- Message history in Messaging now supports up to 50 recent messages, instead of 10.
