Administrative Assistants and Coordinators,
We’re pleased to share a new step-by-step training designed specifically for stake-called seminary teachers. This resource walks teachers through key processes in a clear, guided format to help them confidently fulfill their responsibilities.
These trainings are currently available in English for programs in North America, and we will be expanding to all languages and all countries over the next several months. Additionally, we will be rolling out trainings for all major WISE roles, including administrative assistants, coordinators, release-time teachers, and institute instructors. Trainings will be customized to each role.
Please note: Not all stake-called teachers will get this training. We are running a control group in parallel with this training to determine its effectiveness. This means if a stake-called teacher mentions they don't see the training, then they are a part of the control group.
What this means for you:
- Please help share and promote this training within your teachers.
- Encourage all new stake-called seminary teachers to review the training at their earliest convenience.
- This training is intended to provide clarity, reduce confusion, and support teachers as they navigate WISE.
Where to find the tutorial:
Stake-called teachers can find the training on WISE at the bottom right corner. It is a blue circle with a question mark inside.
If you are not a stake-called teacher but want to see what this training entails, please watch this video: Video Explaining Stake-called teacher training-v2.mp4Thank you for your continued support in helping teachers succeed in their roles.
